"I live in the South of Sweden, so I manage to practice golf all the year there, when we are able and there is not much snow. I turned pro in 2006 and took the PGA degree from Swedish Federation from 2006 to 2009. Then, I started to play on the Nordea Tour on 2010 and LETAS events these last 2 years. I have played all tournaments on LETAS this season, but did not play well enough there.
How has it been your experience on LETAS this season? My experience in LETAS was really good. It’s really good for us to have a tour to play before coming on to the LET and my favourite golf course was “El Escorpion” in Valencia.
When and how did you started to play golf? I started to play golf when I was really young, 5-6, because all my family did, so I joined them on the course.
Tell me something most people don't know about you? That I competed doing horse jumping.
What would you like to do for a living if you are not a pro golfer? I would do lot of things…Maybe horse riding professional…or a Tennis player.
Education? Which University and degree? Swedish PGA.
How many and which languages do you speak? English and Swedish.
Who would be in your dream foursome? Peter Hanson, my big brother (to have fun) and Viva SCHLASBERG.
What is your favourite activity you do when you want to relax? Play tennis or badmington.
Do you have a favourite TV commercial or series? Some Swedish criminal TV series.
What invention do you wish you had thought of? Internet.
What’s your favourite tradition from your country you love doing?In Christmas all the family get together and we eat lots of food…typical Swedish food like meatballs, sausages, potatoes, ham, fish…. And chocolates.
What is the one thing you have done and would never want to do again? Play the Qualifying School..
What do you feel is your biggest accomplishment to date? To stay cool.
Is there a song that you like to sing when no one is around like in the car or the shower? Not today, we (my brother/caddy and I) were looking for a song on the course, but finally could not find any.
What is your favorite time of year? Summer in Sweden
If you could have an unlimited storage of one thing, what would it be? Watches.
If given a choice to skip work for a day, how would you spend the entire day? Playing other sports, like tennis or go fishing.
What's the best piece of advice you have ever received? It was “Play 1 shot at the time”
