I played my best golf the last time I was in Morocco, on the qualifying school so I had a good feeling in my body. This was not the same course but in some ways it felt the same: Morocco, Lalla Meryem, Hassan Trophy Golf Association, the purple signs everywhere and so on.

My dad and I came to the course four days before the tournament begun. So I hade some good practice days. I played the tournament course two and a half times during the practice days.

I never felt nervous until I was on the first tee at 8.10 on the Thursday morning to hit my first shot ever in a Ladies European Tour event! I felt kind of sick, but it was exciting. I played with two kind girls, one from the USA and the other one from Austria. We had a good day with good scores. It was fun out there and hard. The wind was very strong! My score was +2.

The second day, Friday, I was not that nervous at the start of the round but in the end I got nervous again. I played good golf and was one over par after 14 holes. I made a birdie on the 15th and got some energy. But the three last holes is kind of hard. But I played good and safe and made three par. I was so happy about making my first cut! My dad and me celebrated with a Coca-Cola :)

The last two days it felt like I did not play that well but a shot +2 and level par. I finished tied 38th.  I was not so happy about it after the round but a couple of days later I felt happier.

It was a very nice event and everyone who was working on the event did a great job. We felt very welcome all the time and everyone was so helpful.

See you soon!"
