First year LET member Holly Clyburn turned professional in October 2012 and shortly afterwards won her second event on the Ladies European Access Series in Valencia, Spain.
After finishing in a tie for 25th at LET Lalla Aicha Tour School School in December 2012, Holly won her first LET event on her fourth start at the Deloitte Ladies Open at The International in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
She has recorded two other top 10s including 3rd at the Scottish Open and made the cut in two major championships this year, with a tie for 37th at the Ricoh Women’s British Open and a tie for 27th at the Evian Championship.

I woke up at 6.30am and had breakfast: some Special K, muesli and yoghurt and a cup of English tea, before leaving at 7.05am.
I got to the course at 7.30am and did some stretching and foam rolling. I started my warm-up at 7.45am on the putting green, just holing out for 15 minutes from three, six and nine feet.
Then I go to the driving range and warm up through my bag. It depends what I did the day before: even or odd numbered clubs (I alternate). I start with a 52, then a 9-iron, 7-iron etc. I finish with whatever club I’m going to use on the first tee.
After the range, I do more putting for 10 minutes, mostly length putts, then walk to the first tee.
I mark my balls the night before so that when I go to the tee everything is ready. I have to have two markers in my pocket. I just pick up a few tees, some fruit and water.
I say good luck to myself and that’s it!
A Typical Practice Day at Home:
On a normal day I would be getting up around 7, 7.15am and heading to the gym for an hour and a half. I wouldn’t eat in the morning. I’ll drink a litre and a half of water in the gym.
I come back by 10am and have a banana and some eggs and English tea.
Then I head to practice for a couple of hours around 11am and work on my game.
I go to the practice ground and start with pitching. That might be it for three hours, other days I might do chipping and putting and a bit of pitching.
I normally do a solid pitching routing for around three hours.
I’m normally done around 3pm and have a sandwich.
I finish with some putting and head back home around 4 or 5pm.
I play 18 holes on the golf course around twice a week.
Sometimes I take the dog for a walk!
