Welcome to the Health and Fitness section of the Ladies European Tour

We are excited to be launching this new section of our website and have done so because we recognise the need for accurate, interesting, and informative information regarding golf-specific health and fitness, particularly with respect to golf-fitness for women. While a lot of the information will be useful for all golfers, we are passionate about educating women involved in golf about the importance of being physically active, not just from a golf-performance or golf-injury prevention perspective, but from a let’s-get-out-there-and-enjoy-life perspective!
