This year, some of the Ladies European Tour’s top golfers along with physiotherapist Rosemary Rhodes will show you the best way to get in shape, to ensure that you get the most out of your training and game.
Throughout this series, the LET players will demonstrate some simple stretches and exercises.
Carin Koch will guide you through some stretches that will help you get warmed up before training or a game. The stretches will also help you to become more flexible and to correct your body’s posture after bashing balls on the range.
Stefanie Michl will demonstrate how to increase your leg strength and in particular your fast twitch muscle in order to develop more explosive power through the swing.
Melissa Reid will guide you through some core strength exercises, to help you develop strong lower abdominal muscles bellow the belly button, deep in the stomach, which will help you to maintain the correct position over the ball.
Rebecca Coakley will show you how to work your upper back and shoulders, especially the rear deltoid area.
Linda Wessberg will advise on strengthening your legs to create power with various exercises for all levels of fitness.
