With just days to go before the start of the London Games we asked several LET golfers about their favourite Olympic memories and their thoughts on golf rejoining the programme at Rio de Janeiro in 2016. Here is what Felicity Johnson had to say.

What is/are your favourite Olympic sports? 100 metre sprint and rowing.

Who is your favourite Olympic athlete? Sir Steve Redgrave winning 5 gold medals at 5 separate games. Legend.

What sport or event do you like to watch during the Olympics? 100m

Which country do you think will win the most medals during London 2012? The USA will be tough to beat I think, but I hope that the home crowd can help Team GB win an extra few medals.

What are your favourite moments at any Olympics Games? Sir Steve Redgrave winning his fifth gold medal and one of my first Olympic memories was Linford Christie winning his 100m gold.

How do you think Golf will change from 2016 after being a new Olympic Sport?  It’s difficult to say, but I think it’s a great opportunity to reach out to a new audience of Olympic viewers.
