LET rookie Dawn Shockley of Colorado, United States and last year's Sanya Ladies Open champion Frances Bondad of New South Wales, Australia, went surfing at Metropolis Beach in Playa de Las Americas after the first round of the Tenerife Open de España Femenino, taking place at Golf Las Américas.
