After four exciting days of golf at the Lalla Aicha Tour School 2013 Pre-Qualifying, some of the players decided to spend their day off on top of the Atlas Mountains. For many of them, this was the first time to actually touch the snow and to have the opportunity to ski.

A group of 25 players from Australia, South Africa, Germany, Sweden, China and Finland... among other nationalities met at 8:30 this morning to have a ride of 70 km. away from Marrakech, to the Oukaimden ski resort situated 2650 m. high.

For the Aussies (in the image above) this was their first chance to play with the snow and same for the South Africans (photo below).

After this day off, having fresh air from the mountains, our players will get renewed energies to face the Final Stage starting next Thursday. The next five more rounds will be decisive for their next year, as only top 30 players and ties will earn category 8a.

All these players have already been on top of the mountains and we'd like to see them on top of the leaderboard over the following days.

Let's get ready for more action and follow Lalla Aicha Tour School 2013 Final Qualifying at Amelkis Golf Club and Al Maaden Golf Resort, from 13th to 17th December.
