• In 2012, played 16 tournaments and recorded 7 top 10s, finishing runner-up three times: 2^nd at the Raiffeisenbank Prague Golf Masters; 2^nd at the Lacoste Ladies Open de France (after making a bogey on the last hole to end a stroke behind Stacey Keating); T2^nd at the Gold Coast RACV Ladies Masters. Also T4th at the World Ladies Championship, T9th Tenerife Open de Espana and T10 at the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open and Deutsche Bank Ladies Swiss Open. Season’s earnings: €150,477.12 (8).
• In 2011, Luna won two titles on the Ladies European Tour in 2011: firstly, the UniCredit Ladies German Open presented by Audi at Golfpark Gut Hausern, where she became the first ever player to play four bogey-free rounds to win a tournament. Her amazing feat of playing 72 holes without a bogey at Golfpark Gut Hausern near Munich in Germany was a first on the LET and her overall score was a remarkable 264, 24 under par. She also Deutsche Bank Ladies Swiss Open at Golf Gerre Losone: one of the most prestigious titles on the schedule. During the season, Luna recorded six additional top-10 finishes, including second place at the Lacoste Ladies Open de France, where she lost to Felicity Johnson in a play-off at Paris International. She tied for seventh at the New Zealand Women's Open, tied for fifth at the Turkish Airlines Ladies Open and Deloitte Dutch Ladies Open and was joint fourth at the Portugal Ladies Open. With season’s earnings of 223,405.16 euro, she finished fourth on the Ladies European Tour’s 2011 Henderson Money List, the highest ever ranking by an Italian.
• In 2010, Diana returned to action at the Evian Masters presented by Societe Generale in late July after the arrival of her first daughter Elena.  She played in six tournaments with her best finish 2^nd at the Open de France Feminin at Paris International Golf Club where she was defeated by Trish Johnson at the first play-off hole. She also played in a testimonial organised by the Italian Golf Federation with Matteo Manassero.
• In 2009, won the AIB Ladies Irish Open supported by Failte Ireland, at Portmarnock Links, posting three rounds in the 60s. Claimed her third LET title at the SAS Ladies Masters at Larvik Golfklubb in Norway the following week. Posted three additional top ten finishes: second at the ABN AMRO Ladies Open, tied for second at the Open de Espana Femenino and was 8th at the S4/C Wales Ladies Championship. Was a member of the European Solheim Cup Team, where she went 1-0-1 (W-L-H) as a “rookie” and won her singles match 3&2 against Nicole Castrale. Competing with Catriona Matthew halved her day-two four-ball match, earning 1.5 points in total. Diana finished the season ranked 6th on the Henderson Money List with earnings of €185,911.21 from 17 events played.
• In 2004, won the Tenerife Ladies Open after a brilliant display in the final round to deny Becky Brewerton on the final hole.
• In 2001, turned professional and attended LET Qualifying School at Aroeira in Portugal.

PERSONAL

173cm tall with long blonde hair and blue eyes. Hobbies include reading, fitness, travelling, fashion, cinema and animals. When at home, adores cooking. Also enjoys a number of sports such as tennis and dancing. Diana is a voluntary ambassador for the World Food Programme, the UN organisation that is fighting against world famine. Diana is married to Orlandini del Beccuto and resides in Monaco. She trains with Roger Damiano at Golf Club Cannes Mougins. Represents Conte of Florence.
