PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

  • In 2013, played in five LET events and made four cuts with a season-best T34th at the Hero Women’s Indian Open. Returned to Lalla Aicha Tour School and ended T52nd, earning Category 9b status for the 2014 season.
  • In 2012, played in seven LET events and made four cuts.
  • In 2011, played in three LET events and made two cuts.
  • In 2010, played in 15 events with a season-best tie for 32nd at the Deutsche Bank Swiss Open.
  • In 2009, Smriti played in 15 events on the LET and posted two top 20 finishes with a best result of T15th at the Suzhou Taihu Ladies Open in China.
  • In 2008, played 9 US LPGA tournaments in 2008 and made one cut: T50th at the MasterCard Classic Honoring Alejo Peralta.
  • In 2007, underwent surgery for tennis elbow.

Smriti was the1993 Malaysian National champion, the 1994 India National Stroke Play and Match Play champion and 1994 Indian Open champion. Represented India as amateur from 1992-94.
