PROFESSIONAL
- In 2011, won the Evian Masters Presented by Societe Generale, which was co-sanctioned between the LET and LPGA. It was her seventh-career LPGA victory and second on the LET. Played in just two events on the LET but on account of her victory, won the LET’s Henderson Money List. On the LPGA, crossed the $5 million mark in career earnings and had five additional top-10 finishes including third at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship; tied for fourth at the Lorena Ochoa Invitational; tied for fifth at the Sybase Match Play Championship; tied for sixth at the US Women's Open and tied for eighth at the Safeway Classic Presented by Coca-Cola.
- In 2010, her rookie year on the LET, Ai played in two events: tied for 9th at the Ricoh Women’s British Open and tied for 19th at the Evian Masters presented by Societe Generale. She finished 29th on the Henderson Money List with season’s earnings of €77,852.66. On the LPGA, she won five tournaments; becoming the first player since 1966 to win consecutive season-opening events with the Honda PTT LPGA Thailand, where she won by one stroke over Suzann Pettersen with a career-low and tournament-record 63 in the final round and the HSBC Women's Champions; also won the Tres Marias Championship, ShopRite Classic and Safeway Classic Presented by Coca-Cola. Finished tied for third at the LPGA Championship Presented by Wegmans; tied for ninth at the P&G NW Arkansas Championship Presented by Walmart.
- In 2009, won the Evian Masters Presented by Societe Generale, where she defeated Sophie Gustafson in a one-hole, sudden-death playoff; finished second at the Samsung World Championship and tied for second at the CN Canadian Women's Open; tied for third at the RICOH Women's British Open, tying her career-best finish at a major championship.
- In 2008, recorded three top-10 finishes: a tie for fourth at the P&G Beauty NW Arkansas Championship Presented by John Q. Hammons, a tie for fifth at the RICOH Women’s British Open and a tie for sixth at the Wegmans LPGA.
- In 2007, recorded six top-10 finishes, crossed the $1 million mark in career earnings.
- In 2006, recorded seven top-10 finishes, including a season-best tie for third at the McDonald’s LPGA Championship Presented by Coca-Cola; won two events on the JLPGA circuit.
- In 2005, won six events on the JLPGA, including the Japan Women’s Open Golf Championship; competed in six LPGA events and tied for ninth at the HSBC Women’s World Match Play Championship; tied for 10th at the Mizuno Classic and tied for 11th at the Weetabix Women’s British Open; partnered with Rui Kitada to win the inaugural Women’s World Cup of Golf in South Africa. Won the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament by a record 12 strokes to earn her exempt card for the 2006 LPGA season.

AMATEUR
Miyazato’s amateur career was capped with a victory at the 2003 Miyagi TV Dunlop Ladies Golf Tournament – a professional event on the JLPGA – when she was a senior in high school. She also won the 2003 Japan Junior Golf Championship and the Japan Women’s Amateur Golf Championship.
