Joanne also acted as one of two Assistant Captains to Alison Nicholas at The 2009 Solheim Cup at Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove, Illinois.

Shared second place in 1994 Ford Golf Classic on Tour debut, which included a hole-in-one. Completed maiden Tour victory in the 1996 German Open.
