AMATEUR
Valvassori was the Italian strokeplay champion in 2004 and the Italian matchplay champion in 2005.

PERSONAL
1.70cm tall with brown hair and eyes. Started to play golf at age of 14. Holds a degree in sport management from Terano University. Hobbies include all sports, especially skiing, tennis, volleyball, horse riding and swimming. Aside from golf, Valvassori's main sport is skiing and she is a qualified skiing instructor. She teaches children and adults at the resort of Sauze d'Oulx over her winter holidays and on some weekends, which is a 50 minute drive from her home in Poirino, Torino. She began skiing at 3 years old and almost made the Italian national team in downhill skiing. Her top speed was 120km per hour. Her brother is also a ski instructor and soon to be golf teacher. Valvassori plays at Golf Club 'La Margherita' in Italy.
