PROFESSIONAL
- In 2012, her rookie year on the LET, played in 7 events, made 6 cuts and posted a career best of T15th at the Ladies Irish Open. Season’s earnings: €20,536.51 (92).

Lewis won the 2009 North and South Women's Amateur Championship and finished runner-up at the 2009 Harder Hall Invitational. She was a three-time Florida All-First Coast Girl Player of the Year (2006, 2007, 2008).
