PROFESSIONAL
- In 2012, her rookie year on the LET, played in 7 events, made 6 cuts and posted a career best of T15th at the Ladies Irish Open. Season’s earnings: €20,536.51 (92).
- In 2011, was a rookie on the LPGA Tour where she played in eight tournaments and with a season best tie for 29th at the RR Donnelley LPGA Founders Cup.

AMATEUR
Lewis won the 2009 North and South Women's Amateur Championship and finished runner-up at the 2009 Harder Hall Invitational. She was a three-time Florida All-First Coast Girl Player of the Year (2006, 2007, 2008). She has a total of 52 wins in Junior and Amateur competition and reached No.3 on the Women’s Amateur World Ranking.
