In 2011, Maria won the Swedish Nordea Golf Tour Ranking. She attended LET Final Q-School 2012 and finished tied for 43rd giving her membership in category 9b.
AMATEUR
While at the University of Missouri in the USA, Ohlsson won a college tournament in Michigan in 2001. She won the Lady Northern Classic 2004. Big 12 Golfer of the Month March 2004. Was an All-American Honorable Mention in 2005, on the All-Big 12 First Team in 200.
PERSONAL
Height 1.75 m., blonde and blue eyes. Started to play golf aged 12. Hobbies include sports and travelling. Older sister Elin used to play golf on the LET. Holds a BA in Arts and Science from the University of Missouri. |
