Maha was the first Arab woman to compete in a professional golf tournament. In 2011, her first as a professional, she finished 25th in the Lalla Meryem Cup held at Golf du Soleil in Agadir, her home course and hometown, and made the halfway cut at the UniCredit Ladies German Open presented by Audi. Attended Final LET Qualifying School for 2012 in La Manga in Spain but missed out on earning her full card after a second round 84.
AMATEUR
Educated at Lynn University in America. Four-time scholar All-American, NCGA First Team All American, Sunshine State Conference Women’s Golfer of the Year and two-time All SCC Tournament Pick. Won gold in women's golf at the 2011 Arab Games in Qatar in a team which included her younger sister Nezha.
